Reading an atlas mk 7a meter

My Atlas mk 7a meter was installed yesterday. I rang AGL to determine what the codes 03, 07. and 53 referred to. I was told that they do not have any meaning and that there is no way a customer can read these meters.

Clearly this is wrong and AGL staff do not have sufficient training to answer even simple questions relating to these meters.

I have since found the necessary information on the web.

Are you able to tell me the details. I have had the same response from AGL - there answer is “use the app” or “wait or your bill”. Th e app n gives you limited information - I can’t even see my hot water usage.
