On 2 Feb 2024 the new smart meter (in SA) was installed. After a number of phone calls/discussions and promises that the power provider data will be requested by AGL and then available on "My Account" in next 10 days (twice promised) nothing has appeared?? Today being 13March?? Which professional within AGL can I speak with to resolve this matter? Thanks for your advice in this matter.
You are certainly not the only one having this issue Oscar.
Although my data and overview / usage graphs etc have been mostly ok since solar / new digital meters installed last Nov, the past couple of months there is a lot of missing data, app estimated readings showing, very high bill estimates, etc.
Work in progress, all you can do is await tech dept hopefully fixing this as soon as they can.
Are your meters showing usage and feed in ?
Might be worth keeping a record of that daily if possible.
