Smart Meter but still getting Estimate

Hi, 

This is me raising this concern for the 5th time. I have a smart meter installed but im still getting "Estimated" Electricity bills. I was over charge 500$ for which i can see a credit but this seems to be an ongoing issue. Can someone please look into this asap?
