New Connection - Usage data not available

Hi I am a new customer and wanted to know when will I be able to start seeing my Usage?

 

I have downloaded the application for Android but in the usage tab its still saying connecting in progress (to the degree). 

 

The property has a Smart Meter and it's been approximately two weeks now since connection, as I live alone want to make sure my usage is in shape.

 

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I certainly would've expected that your app be fully operational two weeks after moving in. We push data to our customers apps periodically, so would you mind checking for me one more time to see if you can access your usage data?
