Ineligible meter read

I can no longer get meter reads via AGL app or online says ineligible service.

Michelle,

You cannot submit reads if you have a smart meter.

Meter Reads are sent at least every 30 mins.

If you look on the APP or on My Usage page you will see your latest data there
