Incorrect Supply Address

Hi,

We built an additional residence in our back yard a couple of years ago.  Recently we created a strata of the existing house and the new one.  The supply addresses linked to the gas meters are now incorrect.  How do I get the DPI supply addresses updated by the distributor and AGL to reflect the new strata registered addresses with the Land Registry Service?

Hi @Newstrata - thank you for reaching out.

This one is pretty simple, you just need to provide AGL with a copy of your rates notice for the new address/s, and we can get in touch with the distributor on your behalf.

You can do this online or over the phone here:

agl.com.au/contact-us.

Kind regards,
Xander

Thanks for your reply! Our council is dragging their heels with with
updating the rates notices… will AGL accept a copy of the strata letters of
administration detailing the new addresses or will we have to wait for
council rates notice?

Hi @Newstrata  - unfortunately we are bound by the distributors' requirements here, which is a rates notice.

Kind regards,
Xander
