If this is the first estimate you have received we recommend you wait until the next scheduled read so we can see if this will be an ongoing issue for you.
If this is a once off and your meter is accessible, we are incredibly sorry for the inconvenience and request you to provide us with a reading so we can assure you have been billed correctly.
