Was highly amused to read that the reason we were given an estimate on our power bill was as stated on the bill -
Your account was estimated due to a locked door.
Your next meter read is due between 20 Mar 25 and 26 Mar 25. Please ensure easy access to your meter on these days.
Our meter is on the street front in front of our door and easily accessible at any time. By anyone. Maybe the big brown/gray box is easy to miss on the red brick wall.

If this is the first estimate you have received we recommend you wait until the next scheduled read so we can see if this will be an ongoing issue for you.
If this is a once off and your meter is accessible, we are incredibly sorry for the inconvenience and request you to provide us with a reading so we can assure you have been billed correctly.
