Gross Feed-in

I have a Gross Feed in smart meter and am being disadvantaged by not getting the advantage of my excess solar reducing my mains imports. Can anyone tell me how to get the meter reprogrammed/ replaced.

can it be remotely digitally done by supplier or AGL  VIc. Anyone else had this problem?

AGL couldn’t find your post but suggested I call a solar electrician. I have done that and awaiting a reply.i still would like to know if it’s a change in meter or a rewire or re program that needs to be done.

Not really I asked a solar company and they said it’s the retailer that needs to change the meter or reprogram it but AGL said it was the solar company’s job, another solar company said if I added another solar system they would arrange it but I may do that and find they can’t/wont do it.
