I got my gas bill last month and meter reading on bill is really different with my actual meter reading and it’s over charged. I contact AGL and told them the issues, also sent photo of my actual meter reading. Took 4 weeks for them to reply , which says it’s out of their ability to resolve??? They ask me to login to my accounts or visit AGL website???
Does anyone had similar issues and can share experience what I can do or who I can contact in this case? Thanks.

You should be able to self resolve this through a meter reading submitted through the AGL app or online MyAccount, which will automatically issue a new bill if the estimate was an overcharge.
