Gas meter read

Hi I got my gas bill last month and meter reading on bill is really different with my actual meter reading and it’s over charged. I contact AGL and told them the issues, also sent photo of my actual meter reading. Took 4 weeks for them to reply , which says it’s out of their ability to resolve??? They ask me to login to my accounts or visit AGL website???Does anyone had similar issues and can share experience what I can do or who I can contact in this case? Thanks.
