Energy connection? Scam

Hi,

I’ve received a text message asking me to call AGL regarding inability to complete a connection.

My phone number is quoted in the text message. I have had no calls or emails that relate to the topic.

Ive been scammed recently & hence I’m being overly cautious.

Can you clarify if this is normal?
