Electrical meter upgrade

We have earlier been advised by AGL through email of an upgrade to electrical meter for our property.  Today we received an email from ServiceStream about an appointment for the upgrade scheduled on 27 September.  Not sure if ServiceStream has been contracted by AGL to carry out the meter upgrade.  Would appreciate a confirmation.

We can confirm that ServiceSteam, also known as Active Stream is your Metering Coordinator that manages the meter upgrade. 

 

You will receive direct communications from Active Stream in regards to your meter upgrade.
