I got confirmation via email and on App for energy and gas connections due on 22nd Sep. But its still not connected. Have been living in dark and its been 4days now. No reply to complaint email and no one comes up on call just the machine.
I am stuck and having worst experience of my life and no one is there for help and have no idea how to reach to get the status.
