Hi Chris, I do not have an address. I have recently asked Jemena the same question. When they get back to me, I will post their answer under this thread.

I mentioned Victoria in my OP,For comparison, here is the answer for Victoria, from the Energy and Water Ombudsman Victoria (EWOV);  www. ewov. com. au/fact-sheets/bulk-hot-water Bulk hot water fact sheet: Does a daily supply charge apply? No. A daily supply charge should not apply to bulk hot water bills as this is factored into the tariff.

Thanks for the reply Chris It's a potential future environment (unit). No specific address at this point. So if it's DPI specific, I cannot give you one. If it's area specific, you can use Naremburn 2065.
