Can not submit meter read. Service ineligible

Hi, from yesterday I can not submit any meter read from my application. Also, when I tried to submit meter read through website, it says service ineligible. Can I have a solution for this?

If you have a smart meter you cannot submit meter reads..

 

Have you recently changed???
