Victorian Power Industry (VPI) locks are the standard method for accessing meter boxes, gates and doors which need to be locked. Distributor will have a master key for these locks so they will be able to access your meter. 

VPI locks can be purchased from some hardware outlets, some electrical wholesalers and Master Locksmiths. Once you have installed the lock, please let us know, so that we can update access information for your property.
