Questions and discussions about your electricity and gas meters, connections, disconnections and more
Stupidly I allowed a digital meter to be installed being unaware of the consequences.
What I find most alarming was the significant increase in the supply charge. On my old plan the supply charge was $0.7087 + GST per day. On the new plan AGL have so graciously given me, the daily supply charge has jumped to $0.9533 + GST then jumps to $1.0593 + GST on 1 July.
Why should the supply charge be increased. There is no change in how the power is being delivered.
And don't even get me started on how demand tariff works and the lack on timely data on power usage. How is it even possible to manage the demand level when there is no real time data.

I'll send you a private message to grab your account details from you, so I can look into what options are available to you.
