Hi we signed up to switch on 16th December. 

We got a welcome pack but dont have the gas account switched over yet

Thank you for reaching out and we are very happy to have you on board.

Electricity transfers can occur within the first 10 business days however the gas may take up to 2 months, as your transfer date will be the date your meter is next read.
