Hi I am having difficulties managing two properties. I have made one property direct debit, which is fine and the other I want paper bills delivered. For some reason my bills are getting delivered to the other address (which is quite a distance from me), bills are getting overdue and no email alerts me to this. It is very frustrating looking online to my account and not seeing the instructions I have clearly mentioned multiple times to the customer support. Thoughts
