Hi there,
We validate your concession based on your eligibility with your card issuer.
If we receive notification that you are not eligible for concession your rebate will cease, when this is re-instated we can start applying the concession for you again, you will just need to notify us you are eligible.
However if you feel the concession has been removed incorrectly by AGL, e.g nothing about your circumstances has changed however it is not on your bill, please contact us. https://www.agl.com.au/help-support/contact-us
Alternatively if you feel your concession eligibility has been changed incorrectly contact your concession card issuer (e.g Centrelink, DVA etc.)
