cant open many webpages

Hello, I reside in Blackburn, and I've had my AGL modem connected for the past 10 days. However, I'm facing difficulties accessing various websites and downloading applications on my phone. I'm even unable to load the speedtest.net page to check my internet speed. Your assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @elhamsalimi2010 , sorry to hear you're having issues with your new connection. Because there are a lot of factors that could be contributing to this poor performance, your best option for assistance will be to call by phone and have an agent walk you through the troubleshooting.
