Wifi down for days

My wifi has been disconnected since Wednesday and it's now Monday. The modem just disconnected from the NBN box where it's plugged in. I've tried doing all the trouble shooting for the modem. It's an eero provided by AGL and it says it's a provider issue. NBN claims there's no outages. The outage site on AGL is very difficult to try and parse and figure out if there's anything wrong with my connection. It's definitely something to do with AGL as the provider as I plugged my PC directly into the NBN box with an ethernet cable, and still no dice. Everything has been turned off and on again multiple times since Wednesday to try and figure it out. Still not working. I don't have time to sit on the phone and call support for hours, I need wifi to work, and the ai chat is less than useless. No notices from AGL or anything that implies they're even aware of an issue or that things would be down.

Is this something to do with the "upgrades" the homepage keeps telling me about, and the move to services? I've not been notified of a successful move. Is anyone else having issues? Anyone know when I can expect to have a functional wifi connection again? I'm getting very sick of this red light on my modem.

I totally agreed and it’s been like this for three days now. It’s definitely been an issue with AGL.

Hi @DaenlyKairos

Thank you for your post.

There was a Network Termination Device (NTD) issue, what this meant was it wasn't able to connect to the NBN box. This is why NBN wouldn't have seen it as an outage.

You've done all the process and troubleshooting correctly, due to the type of issue it was this is why you saw no improvements.

Sorry that you experienced this and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this caused. I'm happy to let you know that this should be fixed up and you should have connection.

Thank you, Chris
