It's disappointing. I recently upgraded and received an email from AGL advising 'your new AGL internet plan is ready'. However, my internet remains abysmal. The results are below.
If you have completed all this and the issues are continuing, please directly connect your device (laptop/computer) to your NBN box (if you only have a modem, please plug it into the modem) by using an ethernet cable, over the course of 2 hours, please complete 3 speed tests at different times via https://www.speedtest.net/, please screenshot the speed tests completed on the device that is connected to your modem/nbn box, once you have completed this, please call us on 13 12 45 to raise this with nbn.
