This is the worst company i have ever used - Please stay away

There is an issue with my nbn connection and booked on Friday for them to come on monday. Monday comes no one showed up so called AGL and they cant find the booking in there system. So i rebook in for tuesday and no one shows up So call up again and the NBN technician has deemed the connection to be fine without even showing up. I have taken 2 days off work and countless hours on the phone explaining the same issue over and over and over agian and still have no internet. I will be making a complaint to office of fair trading and I advise anyone considering joining this company. DONT, save the frusturation and stress and sign up with someone else.

That sounds really frustrating, you have taken time off work to resolve an NBN issue that shouldn't be occurring and I know this has been incredibly frustrating for you. 
I am sorry about that as I know it has been a poor experience. 
Are you able to confirm if the issue is still ongoing is the issue resolved?

No this has not been resolved. Further to this my i am being charged for this service and my internet does not even work.

Hi @elliot1 

As the internet has been connected you will still be charged for an internet service even if the internet is not working for you.
One thing I will advise is we can organize a credit to be applied to the account for the time the internet wasn't working.

All we ask is you contact us on 131245, or contact us on our live chat platform so we can get your internet to work, for us to then be able to apply the credit.
