Not being able access news websites

I'm in WA and from time to time I cannot access news websites such as the Age without using a VPN. I not accessing inappropriate websites, just news and websites for general information. Some work but some require a VPN. It can be like this for a month and it also affects accessing Disney, Netflix, and Prime on my TV. Does anyone else have this problem or any ideas how to fix it? Is this an AGL firewall thing or a NBN thing?

I am really sorry to hear you've been facing this for quite some time now, can't imagine how frustrating this would be for you.

There are a couple settings we can change within the modem to help with accessing these sites.
I recommend updating the DNS settings within the modem.
