Have your issues been resolved? After hours on the phone with tech support, over the past 6 months, three replacement modems and NBN upgrades later, I switched to Aussie Broadband. My issues instantly disappeared. $10 more per month for a similar plan, but considering how much time and frustration I wasted with AGL, I wish I'd done made the switch much earlier! Worth a try in your case probably.
