Hi I’m in Bondi Junction and I haven’t had any internet since Saturday 2 March 24. Anyone else got problems? Tech support told me to wait then make a claim for the loss. Thanks

I have the similar issue and asked to speak with the escalation team ie level 2 support. This evening I have internet restored but not yet 100%. 

I also received a text that an urgent maintenance work will be carried out between 11pm to 1am today.
