I regret my decision of swapping TPG for AGL internet. I didn’t have this kind of issue before. In the past days internet speeds have dropped to a half recently and two days straight I had no internet for a few hours. Today I rang and they kept me on hold for 15 minutes until I had to hang up. I know AGL are busy but could have received a message saying you would call later. I am also busy so I had to leave to look for wifi away from home, how bad is that? I don’t have NBN and yet when I go to look for issues they say they are updating NBN network in Penrith. Need answers, need someone to talk to…

There are currently major outages in NSW, NBN are currently investigating the matter, and hopefully this will be resolved as soon as possible, there is no ETA on it yet.
