Is your postcode also impacted by this outage?
Couldn't get AGL support on phone. Tried chat assistant, and now been waiting 1.5 hours. Not very reassuring 😬

Hi @ZD - sorry to hear your internet is offline. Our status page at https://telcostatus.agl.com.au/ is currently showing an NBN outage nearby https://agltelcostatus.southernphone.com.au/incidents/764#update-1416 and the issue has been identified but we haven't received an ETR at this stage.
NBN is the provider of NBN services for Australia.
I suggest that for any outage to your home NBN service that in the first instance you go to:
https://www.nbnco.com.au/support/network-status
Using your phone of course
Enter your address and see if there is an issue.
