Since Friday I have been experiencing frequent internet service down. I did all the troubleshooting steps and found the Optical fiber LED is going down frequently from my NBN modem end. As there is no help and support over the weekend so feeling bit helpless. Anyone else is also facing similar issue?

Sorry to hear you had some stife with your internet over the weekend. Did you take a look at http://agl.com.au/telcostatus to see if there were any outages affecting your local area?
Otherwise, your best bet is probably going to be to get in touch with support and walk through the troubleshooting process with them. If there's issues with your connectivity they should be able to clarify the cause.
