Hi,Since Friday I have been experiencing frequent internet service down. I did all the troubleshooting steps and found the Optical fiber LED is going down frequently from my NBN modem end. As there is no help and support over the weekend so feeling bit helpless. Anyone else is also facing similar issue? Thanks
