I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from your team. For the past month, I have been chasing your support regarding a simple NBN connection, and despite spending countless hours over the phone, there has been no proper resolution.

To make matters worse, some of your employees themselves admitted that they were “helpless” to do anything about the situation. This is completely unacceptable for a company of your size.

Because of this poor experience, I will be disconnecting all my other services, including gas and electricity, with AGL. I will also strongly recommend to my friends and contacts to switch to another provider, so they don’t have to go through the same frustrating experience I did.

It’s very disappointing that such a simple service issue could not be resolved in over a month.
