I am sorry to hear you're not able to log into any games, or the banking apps.
I would recommend please try turning your mobile off for 30seconds and back on, if that doesn't resolve the issue, please give us a call on 131 245, and we will be able to look into the wifi, and make some changes to be able access these apps for you.
