Hi! I am not sure why, however my AGL Internet account seems to be 'still in progress.' I have recently taken this account over from a previous housemate, and the internet connection is working fine. However I am receiving 'urgent' text messages from AGL who will cut off my connection if I do not call them?
I also want to track my usage for the month on my account - but it is still in process?
Not sure how I can fix this.? please help 🙂
