Hi there,
I want to schedule for an internet cancellation on a specific date. I was in a line for over 50 mins and my phone was almost dead. Could anyone reach out to me for this matter?
It seems like a phone call is the only way to cancel the service but can't connect with a person!! + chat wasn't very helpful.

You can also arrange cancellation via our Messaging service on the AGL app or My Account page. It's not live chat so you won't get a response immediately, but you won't need to wait around on the phone.
