Aussie CHAT does not exist anymore, why?

I have used Aussie Chat only once to sort out my bundled discount, but after that, NOTHING!

What has happen and why has it been removed from service even though AGL still refers to it...

If talking about the Aussie Broadband chat function when I look this still appears to be active. Are you able to provide a screenshot to where you are seeing that you don't have access to this.
