Your processes are not working
There does not seem to be a followed protocol for refunds. It feels as if you are being dodged as a human being.
Having a refund portal that has the back end steps and confirmation of receiving documents etc with suspected timelines would make your customers feel valued and might be more inclined to stay with you. I have not been responded to since the 10th of August 24. I have been pushed away multiple times and also gone through the same process via web chat in the same half hour. Its very disheartening
