What 'documents' are you wanting ?
As far as I'm aware, you can download documents like your bills, including older ones, and you can download your meter data (both analogue and digital).
In the app you can view / download your PDF bills too, save them, print if on a network with a printer.
You can only download your meter data from the AGL website, logged into your account there.
You can also view and print info like your plan type, rates for your plan etc, which can be done from the website login or the phone app.
Not sure what else you might be after in the way of documents, but let the community know, there might be a away to get what you're after.
