Waiting on a refund

• Hi Agl i am still waiting on a refund its been 3 weeks ive sent proof that you have taken money from my account which I did not agree too and now I have emails saying we will be sending your refund and I also have emails saying I am not owed anything. Please fix this or im going higher.
