Request for Assistance with Unresolved Bill Payment Status

On February 23rd this year, I received a gas bill, and I paid this bill on the 24th using my bank card. I hadn't accessed my account for a long time, but today when I logged in, I found that the bill's status was still marked as unpaid. I immediately checked my bank app to confirm the payment, and I found the transaction in the listing. It shows that the transaction was made on February 24th and successfully processed on February 28th. I don't understand why the status of this bill in my account has not been updated even after three months (from February 28th until now). I hope the staff can help me resolve this issue. Thank you.
