Removal of power from power pole to house

Hi, we are doing a reno and need our power disconnected for meter box upgrade and new roof.

It may be a simple fix such as a broken meter box door, which will require a repair kit and your power may not need to go off. If needed, an expert will come back on an agreed date to turn your power off whilst you carry out the work to replace your electricity meter box.

The electrician doing the work should arrange this.

Your local supplier (not AGL the retailer) will attend your house and remove the pole fuse so that all power is removed from your residence.

You will still be charged your supply charge during the outage period.
