Electricity meter read notification

I have just missed the meter reading again. I would like a text stating “Your electricity meter will be read tomorrow “

Anyone with pets or properties that require access arrangements can plan for this event.

Hi @Bigbill 

Your electricity meter is read by your local Distributor. AGL is your energy retailer - we do not read your meter. But depending on your distributor, you may be able to enable notifications like this! Find out who your Distributor is, and check out their website.

You'll find your Distributor listed on your AGL bill, or you can use the tool here to look up the Distributor for your local area: https://www.aer.gov.au/consumers/who-is-my-distributor
