When I found a copy of my mum's power bill and it was credited with over $2400. 4 to 5 years after she died and I closed all her bank accounts I spoke with someone from AGL and they said that I will be able to get a check for the credit. Easy to get cashed from my bank account but they put easte of my mum's name. After 1 year and I still can't get it cashed and I became homeless so I can not use it on my own power bill. I just spoken with another person who did say that I will be able to have all money in my bank account in 7 days.

Do I trust that this will be done ??

Hi LadyDi76Check, We're sorry to hear about your situation. Any credit balance on a deceased estate account can be refunded only by cheque under the "Estate of the deceased person". I will send you a private message shortly to discuss further. Cheers, Deepesh

There is no way to cash in the check because her estate has been finalised
and all her bank accounts are closed. I have spoken with her bank and they
said that they can't help me.

I have messaged 1 of your other works earlier and they said that I gave
them my bank account number and BSB Number and the money will be in
my account in 5-7 days.
