Paid bill appears 'due' even after 3 days

A bill paid on 5 Apr still shows up as "due", in the app, on 8 Apr.  Doesn't this update in real-time?

 Thank you for your question. 

It's unusual that the bill would still show due if you've made the payment. 

It's quite possible that depending on the way it's paid as it can take up to 2 business days to process, that this is why it was still reflecting as due. 

Coincidentally, I received my bill today, so I've gone and paid it early through the app, which has updated it to pending. I'll keep watch on it to see what happens, trying to replicate what you have seen.

In my case, this has always been true.  These days I use PayPal to pay but in the past, I've used my credit card.  I've never seen "Pending".  It's just strange that in this day and age, the state change is not instantaneous!

Hi @Mash 

Thank you for providing further context on the method you had used. 

Mine has updated overnight to say, "next bill soon". 

When I get my next bill I'll attempt through PayPal out of personal curiosity on this. However, I will be raising this for our teams to look into in the meantime.
