Hmm, received a nice gift from AGL today, out of the blue, just "thanks for being part of the community" message.

I initially though it might have been a delayed thank you for participating in a survey, which I have done a few of, but no it more likely feels some sort of gift related to the neighbourhood forum.

Anyway, thanks, the package included a nice reusable 1lt drink bottle (metal, bpa free etc), a heavy cotton cooking / bbq apron, and a heavy duty cloth shopping bag of generous proportions.

They've all found a place to be utilised from now.

Thanks again to marketing or the neighbourhood overlords.

Thanks so much for sharing this, and we’re really glad the surprise parcel made your day. It was our way of saying thanks for taking part in the interview piece you did last year and for being such an active, thoughtful member of the Neighbourhood.

It’s great to hear the bottle, apron and bag will get good use. We love being able to give something back to the people who help make this community what it is.
