Nobody has arrived to connect my electricity

If someone can help me, I just made a contract with AGL on Saturday and they scheduled the installation for Tuesday and nobody came. I don’t know if I have to do something else o how many days will take the installation. 
Do I have to call Energex or the waiting is normal?

This might sound stupid, but do you have power to the premise?

 

If you have a smart meter, it can be turned off and on remotely.

Hi, I have the same issue, I have already apply for electricity connection on 27 OCT, but whole day no one show up, what’s the problem??? Literally waste my time, pls give me an answer
