My gas bill from rent house

My gas bill from agl was $199 last month where I live myself. This house where i rent has no gas appliance in it and I don’t know how to solve this

According to the paperwork you supplied here, its states that you have a Gas Hot Water Unit, and that it had an issue where the hot water was being reheated, thus causing high usage.

The document also states that the defect has now been rectified.

I would presume that it is a GAS HOT WATER STORAGE UNIT....
