They have notified that they will be attending our property over the next 4 weeks to replace our electricity meter modem due to the withdrawal of 3G at no cost. Please ensure that there is clear safe access. Our gates and meter box are locked. We are to let them know about access by responding to the sms. We can track the progress by a link

is this real and acting on behalf of AGL?

They have just changed the modem in our smart meter, upgraded to 4G, only takes 10 mins or so.
