Download PDF from email or app not working

The download option for the pdf of my gas bill is not available. was working last month now not working. Already tried on the app and through website. 

I use BPay, so I need the download.

When will this be fixed?

I can't download my bill from AGL website. Option is not there and the link in my email takes me to AGL website support page.

Thanks for your post, i'll reach out via direct message to get some further details but just confirming you have followed these steps; 

To view and download your latest bill in My Account:

1. Go to the Billing tab.
2. Select Download your PDF bill.

Previous bills are also available for download:

1. Go to the Billing tab.
2. Scroll down to Bill history to find previous bills.
3. Select the down arrow to the right of the bill you want to download.
4. Select Download your PDF bill.
